REGISTRATION AND CLASS INFORMATION
Calendar, Age, and Class Information
ABAKA accepts students from Nursery 1 - Grade 8 (or 3 years old - 15 years old). Classes for the 2024-2025 season will begin on September 23, 2024! Registration opens August 16, 2024 and is ongoing. Classes that reach a maximum capacity may become fully booked. If so, your child will be put on a waitlist and you will be notified once a spot becomes available.
Tuition
ABAKA now offers online payments! Tuition ($850) can be paid in full or in two installments either online, by check, or by cash. You will automatically be taken to the online payment page once the registration form is completed. Please note, there is a processing fee for online payments. If you choose to pay with cash or check, payment is due on the first day of class. Checks can be made out to ABAKA Dance Academy.

DROP OFF/PICK UP AND IMPORTANT GUIDELINES
- We believe the presence of multiple adults and parents creates a distraction to learning. Therefore, we do not allow classes to be observed. Drop off and pick up is done via curbside only. We will ensure that your child gets in and out of the studio safely.
- Children should be fully dressed in their dance attired prior to class.
- We kindly ask that all students be picked up immediately following the end of class.
- Please bring bottle water with your childs name on it. No food is allowed.
HEALTH, SAFETY, AND ABSENCES
For the joint interest of individual wellness and community safety, students should stay home if they are unwell, especially if they have a contagious illness such as COVID, flu, etc. Students must be fever-fere for 24 hours prior to attending class. We understand that circumstances may arise that prevent students from attending class. In these instances, we kindly as that the students absence be reported so that we may accurately track attendance. To report an absence, please email [email protected] with the students, class level, and the date of absence.

INCLEMENT WEATHER CLOSINGS: ABAKA closes with Watertown Public School cancellations. Announcements regarding closures will be made via email, on our website, and also on our social media pages (facebook and instagram).
